Margarita Hadjitofi
Margarita Hadjitofi was a partner in a leading law firm in Limassol with a decade of experience in joint ventures, corporate transactions and banking and finance transactions. Margarita has advised multinational companies (with listings on stock exchanges) and leading International Banking Institutions. She frequently advises on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate law and has been involved in numerous cross-border corporate transactions, having carried out due diligence for private and public companies as well as listings abroad, consulted one of the largest insurance companies worldwide for a merger transaction including carrying out due diligence on the subsidiaries located in Cyprus. Maria Demetriou
Maria Demetriou qualified as a Barrister at Law of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, one of the four Inns of Court in London and she is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. Maria joined our team as an associate lawyer in 2018. She is experienced in company re-organisations including cross-border mergers, domestic mergers and schemes of arrangement. She frequently assists clients with re-domiciliations of companies into and out of Cyprus and drafting of commercial agreements. She is also a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner by the Cyprus Bar Association and she is authorized to provide formal appointment as a liquidator in winding up procedures under Cyprus law. Maria Voultsopoulou
Maria Voultsopoulou graduated from University of Cyprus and joined our team as a Junior Associate in 2021. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
